JUDGMENT

On the last hearing date i.e., on 15.06.2021, learned counsel for the Appellant sought time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives for the deceased sole Appellant.

2. Today, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that despite his best efforts, he is unable to contact the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant.

3. For the foregoing reasons, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
