Mr. B.Divakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai, in S.A.No.188 of 2021 under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Chennai, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
