Respondents Habeas corpus petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 8.8.2015, in BCDFGISSSV No.707/2015, against the petitioner's husband Sasikumar, son of Sambasivam, aged about 35 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and setting aside the same and directing the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and setting him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu viz. S.Sasikumar, son of K.Sambasivam, in BCDFGISSSV No.707/2015, on 8.8.2015, has been revoked by the Government on the advice given by the Advisory Board, vide G.O.Rt.No.6029, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 21.9.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
