ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the petitioner to sign before the Principal District and Sessions Court at Chennai in High Court Campus for all 13 cases.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested in following 13 cases by the respondent police concerned and thereafter he was granted bail on condition to sign before the learned Magistrate concerned as follows:

i) In Crime No.1604 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent, the learned Hon'ble V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore granted bail on 03.10.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5323 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

ii) In Crime No.195 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, the learned Hon'ble V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore granted bail on 03.10.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5326 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. iii)In Crime No.275 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent, the learned Hon'ble V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore granted bail on 03.10.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5325 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. iv) In Crime No.284 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent, the learned Hon'ble V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore granted bail on 03.10.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.

5324 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. v) In Crime No.950 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur granted bail on 01.11.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5794 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur daily at 5.00 p.m. until further orders.

vi) In Crime No.197 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur granted bail on 01.11.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5795 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur daily at 5.00 p.m. until further orders.

vii) In Crime No.305 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur granted bail on 01.11.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5796 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur daily at 5.00 p.m. until further orders.

viii) In Crime No.1355 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur granted bail on 01.11.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5797 of 2018 on condition to sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur daily at 5.00 p.m. until further orders.

ix) In Crime No.1114 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur granted bail on 11.10.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5453 of 2018 on condition to sign before the Station House Officer, daily at 10.30 a.m. for 30 days.

x) In Crime No.409 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur granted bail on 01.11.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.5454 of 2018 on condition to sign before the Station House Officer, daily at 10.30 a.m. for 30 days.

xi) In Crime No.1474 of 2017 on the file of the fourth respondent, the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai granted bail on 04.12.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.6211, 6193 of 2018 on condition to sign before the Station House Officer, daily at 08.00 a.m. first month monday until further order. xii) In Crime No.1506 of 2017 on the file of the fourth respondent, the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai granted bail on 04.12.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.6298 of 2018 on condition to sign before the Station House Officer, daily at 08.00 a.m. first month Monday until further orders. xiii) In Crime No.1402 of 2018 on the file of the fourth respondent, the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai granted bail on 10.12.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.21084 of 2018 on condition to sign before the respondent Police concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. for one month.

Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is finding inconvenience to sign at different time at different places in a single day. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition to modify the condition to sign before the Principal District and Sessions Court, Chennai in all the above 13 cases.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petition may be considered to sign at 10.30 a.m. before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in respect of bail granted by the learned Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and at 5.00 p.m. before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur for the remaining cases.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to sign at 10.30 a.m. before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in respect Crime Nos.1604 of 2017, 195 of 2015, 275 of 2018 and 284 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent, 1474 of 2017, 1506 of 2017, 1402 of 2018 on the file of the fourth respondent; at 5.00 p.m. before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur in respect of Crime Nos.950 of 2015, 197 of 2017, 305 of 2018, 1355 of 2016 on the file of the second respondents, 1114 of 2017, 409 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent.

5. As such the conditions imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.M.P.'s. are modified as above.
