2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in S.T.C.No.1777 of 2012, the petitioner has been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Mannargudi by its Judgment dated 02.01.2014.
