(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in S.T.C.No.4205 of 2015, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Hosur and to quash the same.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Gunasekaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and the complaint has been closed.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
