C.M.P.Nos.1524 to 1526 of 2020 have been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent viz., Saraswathi; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on record the respondents 4 to 7 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above C.R.P.

2.Mr.Amar D Pandiya, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 7 submitted that the respondents 4 to 7 have no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.1524 of 2020.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.1524 of 2020 and in view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 7, C.M.P.No.1524 of 2020 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.Nos.1525 & 1526 of 2020 are also ordered. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.R.P.(PD)No.542 of 2015 and list the matter on 03.01.2022.
