2. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.3.2017.

3. Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent in accordance with law.

In view of the limited scope of the prayer sought for and the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.3.2017 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to all necessary parties.
