ORDER

Heard Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to dispose of the representation dated 29.10.2013, with regard to acquisition of his properties, bearing Plot Nos.80 and 132 in Survey No.64/1A situated at Thukkapet post in Thiruvannamalai District.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that a reasonable time may be granted to the first respondent to finalise the matter, if it is still pending.

4. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2013 and intimate the exact state of affairs and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is entitled to work out his remedy in the manner know to law. No costs.
