This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order passed in S.C.No.81 of 2021, dated 08.06.2022 by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court (FT Mahila Court), Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 151 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. The petition is ordered.
