ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 30.03.2015 and also submitted that a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
