JUDGMENT

By an earlier order dated 17.09.2019, this Court directed the learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased first and second respondents. A further direction was given that if steps are not taken before the next hearing date, the Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed as against respondents.

2. There is no representation on the side of the appellant, today.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court and non compliance of the same by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Second Appeal stands abated. No costs.
