ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to pass orders on the Review Petition dated 12.09.2023 submitted by the petitioner herein before the first respondent, within the time frame which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner dated 12.09.2023 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
