W.M.P.Nos.1340 and 1342 of 2024 in WP No.35697 of 2024 W.M.P.Nos. 1340 and 1342 of 2024 in WP No.35697 of 2023 M.S.RAMESH,J., These petitions are filed to amend the original prayer in the writ petition as well as the injunction petition.

2. The prayer to be amended in W.P.No 35697 of 2023 is as follows:- " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, Order or direction or any other writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to G.O.(D) No.337 of the Higher Education Department dated 21.11.2023 and to quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from in any way disturbing or relieving the Petitioner from the present Post of Assistant Section Officer at LS Center, Colachel with the scale of Pay received by the petitioner in Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay 4600 and to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The prayer in the writ petition as well as in the injunction petition are substituted as extracted above.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue fresh copy of the order.
