No. 28/Goonda/2019 dated 12.12.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and to quash the same and direct the respondnets herein to produce the body of the detenu Mr.Naveenkumar, S/o. (Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, viz., Naveenkumar, S/o. Selvaraj challenging the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings Cr.M.P. No.

28/Goonda/2019 dated 12.12.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu. 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
