Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and deposit the original title deeds to the value of Rs.5,00,000 as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14163 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.CHOZHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and deposit the original title deeds to the value of Rs.5,00,000/- as condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14163 of 2020 dated 28.09.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and deposit the original title deeds to the value of Rs.5,00,000/- , as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
