This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein 1/4

for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.08.2024 in WP.No.14965 of 2024, thereby the respondents were restrained from disturbing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of the property in survey No.10/32 situated at Puthur Village, Kancheepuram District.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced order dated 20.03.2025 of the first respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.14965 of 2024 dated 28.08.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid order dated 20.03.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 20.03.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
