O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2013.

2. Since this case has been pending from March 2014, this Court perused the records.

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the police have not received the complaint dated 05.12.2013.

4. The petitioner also has not enclosed any proof in typed set of papers, to show that the complaint has been received by the police. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute is in connection with certain lands adjacent to a temple which is said to provide access for the temple and others are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

putting up layout to sell. Even according to the petitioner, a case in OS.No.353 of 2013 on the file of District Munsif Court, is pending.

5. On a reading of the complaint, the matter essentially appears to be civil in nature and hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register FIR. In the result, this petition stands dismissed.
