Crl.O.P.No.11161 of 2015 R.SUBBIAH, J., The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC in RC 8(A)/2015-CBI, ACB, Chennai and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On the basis of a written complaint dated 09.02.2015 preferred by the Zonal Manager/General Manager, Indian Bank, Zonal Office, Chennai(South), Chennai, the case was registered against Shri Tomy G.Poovattil(A-1), the then Assistant General Manager, Indian Bank, Guindy Branch, Chennai-600 032, Shri Kailasam (A-2), Managing Partner, M/s.CSM Enterprises, Chennai, Smt.K.Meenaksh(A-3), Managing Partner, M/s.CSM Enterprises, Chennai and Sri.P.Deenadayalan(A-4), Chennai. The case of the prosecution is that the accused 2 and 3 had submitted forged and fabricated property documents in the name of P.Dheenadayalan(A-4), as third party collateral security, which was arranged by the petitioner herein along with M.Bhaskar, Raghupathy Ramani and E.Govarthana Giri.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false case has been foisted against him and he has no way connected with this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned XI Additional Sessions Judge, (CBI), Chennai, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge concerned or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
