Learned counsel for the Appellant has already taken steps to bring on record the legal representatives for the deceased sole Appellant by filing appropriate application which the Registry has returned, for production of legal heirship certificate. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that some more time is required for getting legal heirship certificate for the deceased sole Appellant.
