2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and that the rent control proceedings is pending for the past seven years, this Court is inclined to grant a direction as prayed for. Accordingly, the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, is directed to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.82 of 2013 within a period of three (3) months from the date of resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
