It is reported that in keeping with the terms of the settlement dated 16.09.2020, all the terms of the Agreement have been complied with and parties have settled the disputes between themselves. Therefore the settlement agreement is recorded. The application is closed in terms of the settlement agreement. The settlement shall form part of the order.
