Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the respondents not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 445 days in filing the above appeal.
2.Though notices have been served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 445 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
