In view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of E.S.Sundara Mahalingam vs. The Special Tribunal for Co-operative Cases (District Judge), Tirunelveli, reported in (2020) 1 MAD LJ 438, the writ petition will not lie against the impugned orders and only the Civil Revision Petition will lie. Following the above decision, the Registry is directed to convert this Writ Petition as Civil Revision Petition and number the same.
