This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 197 days in preferring the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.6699 of 2023.

2.The 1st respondent was set exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with. Notice has been served on the 2nd respondent and is represented through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for 2nd respondent and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 197 days is condoned.
