O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition, to set aside the order in Criminal Revision Petition No.20 of 2016 dated 12.06.2018 of II Additional District cum Sessions Judge, Chidambaram and order dated 26.05.2016 in M.C.No.5 of 2015 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Kattumannarkoil and pass an order of cancellation of maintenance to the respondents.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 29.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 02.08.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 02.07.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 05.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissal" but so also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
