PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, praying to extend the time of three months, to pay the sum of Rs.50,00,000/- in condition no.4(iv) "the petitioner/accused shall also deposit a further sum of Rs.50,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from today' imposed by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, in Crl.M.P.No.24292 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2781 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.

ORDER

This petition is filed to extend time for complying with the condition no.4(iv) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.24292 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2781 of 2025 dated 17.12.2025.

2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are granted six weeks time to comply with the condition no.4(iv) of the order dated 17.12.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.24292 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2781 of 2025, failing which, the order of suspension of sentence granted by this Court shall stand vacated, without further reference to this Court and the respondent shall be at liberty to seek for execution of the impugned Judgment before the trial Court.
