O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and to his property based on the complaint dated 10.02.2018 and 15.02.2018.

2. It is seen that in connection with the rights and possession over the property in Door No.1/24, Thiruveethi Amman Koil Street, Thundalam, Chennai - 600 077, both the petitioner as well as the third respondent had approached the civil Court and obtained interim orders of injunction. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police to extend the protection. If the parties are aggrieved, both the petitioner as well as the third respondent are granted liberty to approach the appropriate civil court seeking for similar relief of police protection. With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
