It is seen that as against the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, the respondents filed Writ Appeal SR No.23905 of 2017, wherein, while condoning the delay of 124 days, the Division Bench by order dated 19.09.2017, directed the release of document to the petitioner herein within one week from that day, subject to the final outcome in the appeal. Hence, it is evident that the matter is seized of by the Division Bench. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter before the Division Bench.
