ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's daughter Narmatha, aged about 17 1⁄2 years by person or body and hand over to the petitioner.

On 29.01.2021, this Court passed the following order: "Today, Mr.V.Krishnasamy, Sub-Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai East Police Station, Thiruvannamalai, is present.

On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.3312 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of 2020 has been registered for 'girl missing' and thereafter, it has been altered to one under Section 366-A IPC on 10.01.2021 against one Rajasekar, who is said to be the brother-in-law of the detenue and the investigation is in progress. In the meanwhile, if the detenue is secured, she may be produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai, under intimation to the petitioner. The learned Magistrate, shall pass appropriate orders with regard to the custody of the detenue.
Post the matter on 22.02.2021."

Today, Mr.A.Mahalingam, Sub-Inspector of Police, East Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District, is present. 4.
On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that detenue has been secured and she is likely to be produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai.
