This matter is taken up today under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that while disposing the Crl.O.P.No.1342 of 2023 on 23.01.2023, this Court directed final report to be filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the final report has to be filed before the Special Court for TNPID Act, Coimbatore. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) also concedes the same.

4.In the said circumstances, necessary correction may be made in the order dated 23.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1342 of 2023, that instead of Jurisdictional Magistrate Court it has to be substituted with "Special Court for TNPID Act, Coimbatore.
