This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in STC No.51 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Madukarai.

2.This case is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1356 of 2018 etc batch, dated 20.09.2018 and the charge under Section 341 of IPC is not supported by any materials and an offence has not been made out. Accordingly, the proceedings in STC No.51 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Madukarai, is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed accordingly.
