ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the III Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the divorce petition filed by the first respondent herein in HMOP No.152 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The first respondent herein filed a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty.

A perusal of the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the first respondent/petitioner side evidence was closed on 03.10.2025 and the matter is posted for recording the respondent's side evidence.

Taking into consideration that the divorce petition was of the year 2014 and that the trial has already commenced, this Court is inclined to direct the III Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of the HMOP No.152 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
