JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner fairly submitted that the writ court has passed an order, directing the appellant/petitioner to pay the amount mentioned in the impugned notice dated 22.11.2011, after adjusting the amount already paid, if any without BPSC and penalty to the respondent board, pursuant to which the demanded amount has been paid and electricity connection has been restored by the electricity board.

2. In view of the order passed by the writ court having been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Consequently, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous.
