J U D G M E N T

It is represented that the first appellant herein died in the year 2022 and the second appellant herein died in the year 2013 itself. Therefore, this Second Appeal is abated in the year 2013 itself as against the second appellant and abated in the year 2022 itself as against the first appellant. Since no steps have been taken, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Second Appeal.

2. In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
