C.M.P. No.2268 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR. No.6532 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 659 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Moorthy, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 659 days in filing the Appeal is hereby condoned. However, the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 659 days.
