O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition is filed praying to issue a suitable direction to the Execution Court for speedy disposal of E.P.No.2 of 2014 in O.S.No.281 of 2010 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, pending against the judgmentdebtor on the time bound basis. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that
earlier this Court, by an order dated 04.11.2016 in C.R.P(NPD)No.3377 of 2016, has directed the Executive Court(Sub Court, Poonamallee) to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.2 of 2014 in O.S.No.281 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In spite of the said order, the Executive Court(Sub Court, Poonamallee) has not disposed of the said execution petition.
3. On perusal of the order of this Court it seems that the said three months period has been expired in the first week of March, 2017. Now, the present civil revision petition is filed before this Court for the very same prayer, which made earlier in C.R.P.(NPD)No.3377 of 2016. At this stage the petitioner has to ascertain whether any extension of time has been granted by this Court on the request of the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee.
4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this civil revision petition at this stage. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the Executive Court(Sub Court, Ponnamallee) has to comply with the earlier direction issued by this Court in C.R.P(NPD) No.3377 of 2016, dated 04.11.2016, if there is no legal impediment. No costs. 11.04.2017 ari
