ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no. 8. (iii) the appellant/accused shall stay at Salem and report before the Shevapet Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1790 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused.

3. Mr. S. Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, states that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition; and that the respondent police have now filed the Final Report, which is taken on file as Spl.S.C.No.197 of 2025.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in para no. 8(iii) that the appellant/accused shall stay at Salem and report before the Shevapet Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders is modified, and the petitioner/appellant is directed to appear before the trial Court once in 15 days until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
