J U D G M E N T

This matter was called on 09.03.2023 and none appeared for the appellants. Yet again the matter was called in the forenoon on 13.03.2023 and passed over for the appearance of the appellants. Even in the afternoon there was no representation. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 15.03.2023. On 15.03.2023, the learned counsel for the respondents was ready, but none appeared for the appellants.

2. Being left with no other alternative, I had posted the matter finally to 17.03.2023 ie., today. Even today, there is no appearance for the appellants.As none appeared despited several occasions, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
