ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 11.02.2016, wherein, the petitioner has asked for appointment on compassionate ground, since his father died on 14.5.2015 while in service leaving behind his wife, two sons and one daughter.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.Rita Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that without there being any representation made by the petitioner, what soever, made to respondents, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. In reply, Mr.G.Krishnakumar, learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation to the 3rd respondent. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has given an undertaking that petitioner would give a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent. He further submitted on receipt of the said representation, the same may be directed to be considered by the 2nd respondent.
4. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is hereby directed to submit a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by enclosing all the relevant documents. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of ten weeks thereafter.
