2.The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of O.S.No.21 of 2020, the suit for specific performance launched by him. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has parted with huge amount of money and the pendency causes severe hardship to him.
3.Considering the averments made in the petition and the fact that the suit is ripe for trial, there will be a direction to the learned District Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, The Nilgiris to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.21 of 2020 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
