2.Seeking service connection, the petitioner made a representation on 19.01.2017. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner coupled with the pendency of the representation dated 19.01.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
