This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to permit them to amend the plaint incorporating about the death of the 1st plaintiff in the short cause title, long cause title, address of the 1st plaintiff, verification columns of the plaintiffs and in other places about the death of the 1st plaintiff in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2/defendants 1 & 2has no objection to allow this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. For carrying out amendment, post on 08.02.2024.
