ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register FIR based on the written complaint dated 03.03.2015 preferred by the petitioner before the 1st respondent and investigate the same within a time frame under the supervision of the 2nd respondent and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 03.03.2015 by post to the Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint dated 03.03.2015 to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
