Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass order on petitioner representation dated 6.6.2020 and provide protection to the petitioner and the petitioner children by setting aside the oral excommunication order issued by the MarandapalliVillage Panchayat. This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the represented made by the petitioner on 6.6.2020. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner and her children have been kept away by means of an earlier ex-communication order issued by the Panchayat. Hence, the petitioner made a representation in this regard on 6.6.2020. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
3.Heard Mrs.S.Dhivyabharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 to R3 and
Mrs.D.Rameshkumar, learned counsel for R4 to R13. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the complaint/representation given by the petitioner is pending. 5.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to call the parties for an enquiry and take a decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
