ORDER

The Review Application has been filed by the Life Insurance Corporation of India to review the order dated 08.06.2009 passed in W.P.No.6672 of 2009.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review applicant/Life Insurance Corporation of India made a submission that the respondent has to submit a Legal Heir certificate to establish that he is the legal heir of the deceased policy holder and in the event of submitting the relevant documents, the policy amount will be disbursed in favour of the Legal Heir.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the nominee also died and therefore, the Death Certificate of the nominee is also to be produced along with the Legal Heir certificate.

4. At the outset, the respondent is at liberty to submit all the relevant certificates to the review applicant/Life Insurance Corporation of India for 2/4

the purpose of getting back the policy amount from the review applicant and the review applicant/Life Insurance Corporation of India is directed to settle the amount without causing any delay on receipt of the relevant documents from the respondent.

5. With these clarifications, the Review Application stands disposed of. No costs.
