Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the impleading intervenor.
2.Going through the complaint alleging fabrication of documents and cheating, a case has been registered by the respondent Police. In the course of the investigation, the anticipatory bail was filed by the petitioners herein, in which, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the intervenor has passed the conditional Order and issued a protective Order of not to harass the petitioners till then. The direction of this Court is to cancel the power deed with regard to Survey No.284/1 by executing the relinquishment deed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy.
3. As far as the cancellation of the power deed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that on 03.03.2022, Yasodha, the 3rd petitioner herein has executed the cancellation of Power deed in favour of Vanitha, the 2nd petitioner herein.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor would submit that there is also a further direction to the Yasodha and Kalavathi to execute the relinquishment deed which they have not done.
5. Since part of the direction issued by this Court has not been complied with, this Court is not inclined to extend the protection Order any further in non compliance of the order.
