(Heard through Video Conference) There is no representation on the side of the appellant. This Court by its earlier order dated 15.04.2021 directed the learned counsel for the appellant to take steps to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole appellant and a further direction was issued that in case if steps are not taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole appellant before the next hearing date, the Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non prosecution. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased sole appellant. Since, the learned counsel for the appellant has not complied with the order dated 15.04.2021, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
