ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.03.2015 and investigate and to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.It appears that in respect of the same incident, two cases have been registered in Crime Nos.40 of 2015 and 42 of 2015. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 05.03.2015 given by the petitioner, enquiry in CSR.No.51 of 2015 was conducted and closed.

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
