Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No.895/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 28.12.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's son Thiru Vicky @ Vignesh S/o.Karmegam, aged about 28 years, the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set the petitioner's son Thiru Vicky @ Vignesh S/o.Karmegam, aged about 28 years, the detenue herein set her liberty.

2.This Petition has been filed by the Mother of the detenu viz., Thiru Vicky @ Vignesh S/o.Karmegam, aged about 28 years challenging the detention order passed by the Second Respondent in Memo No.895/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 28.12.2019 under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the Second respondent against the detenu.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
